I aid in the healing process and the temporary relief of pain.
I love working with injuries, medical procedure rehabilitation, and over all relaxation. I massage to help others with pain, function, and overall health of their bodies.

I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and anything out doors. I have many hobbies like singing, playing the piano, drawing, aerial fabric/Lyra/trapeze, and learning anything new.

I also have a daughter named Tatiana and she is a blessing in my life. I am born and raised in Colorado and I love it here.

K.J. Minor, Licensed Massage Therapist, has a Western integrative style with specialization in Deep Tissue and Stretch technique. KJ has consistent pressure and has a relaxing touch. She skillfully balances therapy and relaxation to relieve aches and pains in every BODY.  K.J. graduated from  Emily Griffith Technical College, received Therapist of the Year in her first two years, and is continuing her education under the mentorship of Amanda Farrer, LMT.
