Gluten free brownies
1/2 cup Bobs red mill All purpose Baking flour
1/4 tsp xanthin gum
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter/ margarine
1 Cup Sugar
2 eggs/ 1/2 cup apple sauce if apple sauce use 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnuts as desired
Mix all the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients to the dry.
heat oven to 350* bake for 30min. cool and enjoy:)
If you want healthier alternative but tastes great substitute the butter with 1/4 cup carrot puree and 1/4 cup spinach puree and 1 tbsp of fat of your choice.
